What to expect in final team meeting interview?

Hi, I have been invited for the final (fourth stage) team meeting interview. What can i expect?

As far as in know , it would be a informal team chat and i think they will observe if i am a good fit for their team.

Sometimes it's just a gesture by the hiring manager (decision maker) so that the team feel involved in the process.

20% is the skills you have (assuming your CV isnt a load of bullst, and what you say you can do, you actually can do)

The rest is cultural fit, which is 'can I spend 8+ hours a day with this person and are they/arent they an axe murderer'

That's a 2 way interview, you should be happy that there's no red flags and you're not going to be tearing your hair out after the first month.
You might get the odd one who thinks they're important and tries to ask a stupid HR question, and this is the chance to flush those people out
