Why not work 2-3 years in a job that pays you what you feel you are worth? Best way to get a decent rise is always by moving to a new organisation. Financial issues does not paint the picture of a firm who will give a 20% pay rise.

Hi Guys
I do not like it when people start a topic and do not see it through to completion without an update, so here you are! wink

The GM e-mailed me as promised at the end of March asking me in for a meeting.

He went through all the pay rises that I have had since I began at the company in 2003.

2005: 6%
2007: 5%
2008: 7%
2010: 5%
2014: 5%

2017: 15%!! smile

I am very pleased.

Thank you to all that contributed smile
