Was due at Blyton yesterday, but it was cancelled.
Not sure why....

Other news:
Wheels are now white.
Gone through a set of yellow stuffs after 850 track miles.
Braided lines are on their way

Would have been interesting.....
I'm thinking of booking Mallory Park on the 6th April with Javelin.

Winter is over!

New yellow stuff pads
Braided lines on the front (couldn't free the rears)
Fresh oil and filters
White paint for the wheels

Yesterday at Bedford now takes the mileage count to 990!

Are you impressed with the Yellow Stuff? I'm running the Blue Stuff and more than happy for now, not tempted with a BBK.

yellow have lasted c 850 miles on track.
was tempted by blue stuff pads, but they were c 50% more
perhaps next time.

Big brake kit would be great... as i think the brakes are the limiting factor at the mo. but can't justify the cost vs increase fun ratio.

also there isn't much that out brakes me on most track days smile

I've got yellow stuff on my lardy e39 M5 and they are superb!

No track days yet but they certainly hall the mamouth down from high speed. Squeal free as well.

E46 compact / 330 msport, apparently 2.7 turns lock to lock, for c30 it's go to be an improvement

How you getting on with yours, decided on a trailer?

not much progress for me as I'm in Athens and probably won't be home till mid August.
I think the trailer will have to come later in the year as I need something to pull it first.

I did just book BMWCC track day at Donington for the 29th September!

Regarding steering racks, I actually have two E46 330i M-Sport ones in the garage.... didn't know you could fit to the E36.

let us know how you get on.

What track days are you doing over the summer?
