I saw this for sale! Looks a lovely lovely example. You can tell it's been looked after just by the fact it's wearing bloody decent tyres.

I've always thought that too! Good premium tyres mark out owners who don't skimp on their cars.

Judging by your user name, we definitely think alike!!

I think that the photo's may be exaggerating the slope a little, as it is quite shallow. The handbrake seems to cope with all situations. Are they a known weakness then?

Yup. E39 handbrakes are awful most of the time. Mine works for a while and then changes it's mind and wouldn't even hold a shopping trolley in place.....Tried everything to fix it.

Anything that needs doing on yours?
