Ho, Ho, Harrr...

I still have an open mind, old boy. Always did.

We've had our eyes assaulted by Gulzar's vulgarity and it would be nice to see a bit of balance here with proper pictures of these custard cars, but our ambushing hero has gone quiet.

All we have so far are mostly glimpses of corners and interiors in a shed, which could be anywhere.

shout...Come on, you div, let's have some nice pictures.

I think I just had déjà vu?

Very reminiscent of the thread on the E30 Zone where the guy purchased two delivery mileage Sport Evos. He received similar ridicule (although maybe tinged with a tad more vitriol) and in the end beaucoup humble pie was eaten there too.

My guess is rathur is a bit of an amateur psychologist as well as a man with impeccable taste in cars. biggrin
The guy with the 2 evos has lots and lots of other really really nice stuff too.

In the last few weeks I've established who the OP is.
Top bloke and clearly a smart cookie to boot. I haven't trawled through the last several pages of those doubting him or indeed his means, but suffice to say the OP is most definitely legit and has an M3 GTS along with all the other toys he's photographed and posted on PH.

He does indeed.

I was a doubter but put firmly and rightly in my place wink

The world needs collectors such as the OP to make the world an interesting place.

How much quicker is a CSL over a M3 when both are wearing the same boots?

Had there been any test or lap times done?

I have an e60 M5 and I rang its V10 neck yesterday around Trossachs yesterday. It is unbelievable but can you imagine how much faster it would be on Michelin Cups.

Pretty sure 5 th gear did a track test between Tiff in a CSL and J Plato in an M3. Tiff in the CSL was slightly quicker, probably due to the CSL being lighter, more than anything else. M3 seats are a joke, unbelievably heavy, like boat anchors, the door cards are ridiculously heavy as well.
Love my M3, but it's far to heavy, I'm slowing going through it, getting the weight down, complete rear seat removed, and Recaros as soon as funds allow. Sunroof will be going too.

Tiff drove both round Anglesey back to back.
