Hi all,

can anyone recommend a body repair shop in the London, Kent, Surrey? - front bumper on the M3 CSL needs repairing.

Give KDS a call (based in Gillingham near the train station), they're famously excellent and particularly well known for work on BMW M3s as it goes. Their own one was featured in Total BMW recently. http://www.kdskeltec.co.uk/

More there - http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.p...

Don't worry, they do paint and repairs as well as polishing.

Munich Legends did my CS front bumper/wing repair and re-spray.

Very happy with the quality of repair and paint finish, faultless.

Have heard good things about KDS mentioned above but no personal experience.

I've used Chappell Coachworks - near brands hatch and the quality of the paint was very good on my old astra sport-hatch....also the cooper BMW Tunbridge garage repaired my 335i rather well earlier this year after somebody decided to drive into the side of it!!!

Ital Coachworks in Wembley are very good http://www.ital-coachworks.co.uk/ital-pages/Home

They do a lot of work for main dealers....I know the sales department at BMW Park Lane use them rather than their own bodsyshop.

Not the most impressive premises but they do a lot of work on Porsche,BMW,Merc etc etc

Ask for Gary....he runs it. His prices are very competitive in my experience.

He's one of those people that makes the world go round.........

Bodytechnics in Slough. They do BMW, Ferrari, Porsche and Maclaren and can personally recommend them

Another one for KDS.

Excellent work and their fine detailing experience will ensure that someone doesn't rotary polish the hell out of it after its been sprayed!

I've used Westfield Smash Repairs in charlton for both the Alpina and the 355. Ask for Dave and tell him I sent you.

They do really top work and are fairly priced.

I'd highly recommend www.sprcoachworks.co.uk they were repairing a CSL bumper last week.

Also done a few repairs on GT3 Cup car bumpers so know how to work with Carbon Fiber

I've used Andy at Auto Smart Fix several times in the past, and he does excellent work.

www.autosmartfix.co.uk

Also

www.thepaintandbodyshop.co.uk

Are a BMW approved repairer, and do very good work - one of the guys there is a member on M3Cutters (Chris - user name yorgos). Mention me (he bought my E36 M3) if you go to him for a quote.

Both of the above are in Beckenham.

It is correct that we paint to , not just detailing.

Only last week we painted a Z4mc , while in for wheels brakes to be refurbed and then lastly all completely detailed.
To add to this the previous Z4mc before the one above was in for wheel refurb / detail and new front discs and pads smile

And this i guess answer the carbon paint question
