What do you reckon an 02 Silverstone blue, 65k miles, FBMSH, BMW performance brakes on the front would be worth? Two owner car. I have the chance to by but not sure if its over priced.

Hard to know, Its £11k the guy is looking. He just put the brakes on at over £1k. Had inspection 2 last service. Its more for fun at the weekends plus an investment.

So after seeing a 48,000 mile car become sold advertised on here at £19,995 a few weeks ago, and now these two, I think it is safe to say yes!!

To paraphrase Marcellus Wallace 'the world is full of unrealistic mofos'. I just parted with my pristine 2001 Lemans blue M5 with 82,000 miles for £10,000. I'd suggest that is a more reasonable /realistic price. There is no doubt that prices are rising, two years ago the best offer I had was £7750.

I've been keeping an eye on M5's for sale for a good few years, and i'm sure i've seen this car for sale a few times, certainly recently last year.

I've been keeping an eye on M5's for sale for a good few years, and i'm sure i've seen this car for sale a few times, certainly recently last year.

Hmm on psycho..... !! Odd that you have seen it changing hands regularly too..

It's always nice when you know you have an appreciating asset in the garage! I think there will always be a market for this car, such an icon amongst M cars I think.
