no way, thought you were keeping yours frown the M3 is great fun but impending house move means I wont have space for 2 cars in a few months. M5 will fill the gap nicely!

Yeah unfortunately I am just doing too many miles and it's not cheap frown. I also don't currently have the time to do all of the work I had planned to it so decided it was better for someone else to take the batton.

Reading the thread with interest and also starting to keep an eye on the prices in the classifieds section as I'll be selling my car come the better weather. I fear that this is a decision I'm going to regret in years to come but needs must!

Any private sellers care to divulge their selling price (either publicly or by PM)? I just want to know what the window price vs what people are getting is realistic!

What do we think of this one? Looks like a nice original car, in Le Mans Blue with Heritage leather.

Looks decent enough. I like that it doesn't have Nav.

Would rather spend the money on that than renting something modern.

Surprising its for sale so quickly!

I've been keeping an eye out for my old one, the only trace of it I can find is its number plate has been stripped and sold on ebay. I checked my car check and its original plate is now back in use. I wonder whats become of her!

What's the first part of the original reg. number? Not KE51 by any chance? I'm the 8th owner of my car, I'd be keen to track down previous owners and get some history.

WX02 UUZ I think it was, quite an unusual number plate although she was on M5 YOE. It was a Titanium Silver with Silverstone/black interior, Nav, Phone, Traffic master, through load, skibag etc. She had done 127k miles when I sold her.

Ah, ok. Not mine. Mine was also on a private plate but reverted to original so your story was identical. Hope yours is being cared for and enjoyed by someone.
