I would be surprised if the car would be worth 55k...maybe £45 IMHO...
Exactly what I was thinking. There is a 90K option car sold at ML's for £68 with delivery mileage. These will drop like the E60/61's did in the first two years.
Not the Oracle but just pulled off Parkers for 2011/61 plate 10k miles pa.

Please bear in mind that the figures being touted on here are probably now getting a little confusing for some. If quoting figures, please state total deposit, term, contracted mileage, what level of options & whether the payments quoted are plus or including VAT.

It is certain that for whatever reason some dealers can't match others (no idea why) & the great deals are still available on cars that can be delivered well before the end of the year.

Best i saw (bought) was a contract hire of 3+35 (£2100 inc vat), based on 13k miles per annum on a car with £1k of options & this came in at just under £700 per month including VAT.

These are some cracking deals! If I wasn't contracting and wanted to be abit more sensible with my finances I'd be knocking on their door for one of these!

What are the chances of something like being around in a year's time? The 0% offers that is, would I be right in saying slim to none?

Not PCP but contract lease for 24 months which suits me.

Yup....£495 flat pcm. No VAT on top of that.

£17335 total. With VAT it was over £20,000 and he confirmed it was nothing near that.

It is also 0%

They'll come around again, mostly in Q1 and Q3 of the sales year. Not every dealer will capitulate but just keep ringing around. I was very fortunate that this deal is less than 1 mile away from my house.

I'm ready to order but now confused as to what is the best deal as my mileage is higher than yours at 20K a year. 24 months and deposit size is OK for me. On a personal lease and standard spec.

Would be about right as a 6+23 deal on those miles is about that same rate but plus VAT, however you're putting twice the level of depositsmile

Sounds like a bloody good deal. I suspect I can't make my man maths work to justify it without selling the plastic car. And I really, really like the plastic car.

2% is not a lot but it does add up over 2-3 years.

0% is far better and if you have a decent and capable enough accountant they can do some magic which will get you personal tax relief also.

Scherm-how did you like he M6. Id be interested to know if there is much of a difference in the total costs. I'd assume at least £200 pm extra.

It was OK; certainly a very pleasant place to sit. You also got a lot of stares; some 'thumbs up' and some 'who does he think he is in that car? type of stares?

I found the throttle mapping off the line was different compared to the F10 M5. The M5 was lumpy...slow and then it kicks in whereas the M6 was very smooth off the line. Perhaps this was different set up tuned through idrive to a person's preference.

Beyond that the experience was quite normal; the test drive was very short due to the time of the day so I didn't get the chance to put my foot down.

Essentially it is the same car as the M5 expect for the different body and slightly different interior. Certainly looks the part, very opulent inside but I could never get on with that rear end unfortunately.

I couldn't justify the extra £200 pcm though.
