Previous owner put new discs and pads on all round. Not had them on long from what I gather.

in stop start they squeal a fair bit. Especially on late gradual braking.

Reckon I need to have them reset or something?

Seems to be a widespread problem, mate. I have the same on my F10 M5 and I know others on this forum have experienced similar. There was another thread about this but I can't find it.

Mine constantly squeak, but so too has every car I've had with drilled discs.

I think it's just a high performance pad thing. High performance pads have higher metal content giving them a bit more strength and taking heat from the discs, but the downside is more squeal.
