Believe the asking is £65k for car and £25k for the plate.
165K miles!

laugh

Whilst good cars will always be worth a premium. No one with a brain will be buying these overpriced sheds "Recent overhaul by Grosvenor" Maybe I'm out the loop a bit but who are Grosvenor?
Recent (newly restored) Evo 2 sold for £100k with 200k kms.

Funny how all UK cars seem to have high mileage whereas imports don't ....bit pricey but not a million miles off the money for such a rare car If my recent selling experiences have been anything to go by.

My own car has around 100k kms on it. Mind you, I've always gone on condition and prefer cars that haven't sat idle. Mind you, I've gone through pretty much everything now so mileage is pretty irrelevant really.

£100k Evo 2...... That's pretty scary (if it has actually sold for that amount)

Seller commented on related FB page and stated it sold for full asking price.

And I thought I was being purposely awkward when I told an enquirer that I'd only sell my Evo II for £90k!

Yes..Generally speaking the place is stunning but many of the cars that are for sale are a bit ropey.. This was one of the best in terms of condition.

The cars that are stored on the other hand were very nice on the whole. And they do an amazing Flamankucken wink

It's a nice place, some very nice things in 'storage' too. There's also one in Berlin if your travels ever take you up that way.

Looks like it's wearing side repeaters, perhaps one of many cars from the UK that have made their way back?

...and the Cecotto was the non-UK Ravaglia, wasn't it ? (if that makes sense). Getting my UK Evo1 back from ARM BMW next week (after £15k of work) and have the chap who bought my Evo2, the guy who bought my CSL and the guy who bought my E36 Imola all wanting to buy it (but probably keeping it). Would have snapped someone's hand off 2 months ago at low forties, mid 50's now seems like a more realistic expectation. I know these cars are amazing, but we're now into mortgage clearing territory......not sure whether I should salute my market knowledge, Brexit or what but it's a good position to be in and would anyone bet against them being worth double in another 7-10 years ? Sure makes the ownership proposition compelling.....

Having seen your Evo 1 I would be inclined to hang on to it. Having one that's worth £45k+ and keeping it is a whole lot easier than buying one at that price, if that makes sense? Give me a shout when you come down and I'll try and pop over to say hello and see what you think? I'm writing a piece for one of the magazines and it would be good to include your car if you're up for it?

Fair shout, I was thinking as above that the JC cars were never officially imported into the U.K, I guess if they are were option though any car could get them.

Having said that, if the VIN doesn't match the car then who knows!
