E60 M5 - muffer delete?

Calling all E60 M5 owners - has anybody done the muffler delete? I did it on my E39 M5 and it sounded amazing. Really released the V8 roar. I now have an E60 and the sounds of the engine as standard is really disappointing, especially at idle.

I've been toying with the idea of a rear muffler delete but the ones on Youtube sounds a bit cack? Anyone have any actual experience of this>

Did my E61 and man was it loud afterwards. I have never heard anythings other than a F1 car that sounded better! I used a guy local to me he simply removed all 4 silencers. Best mod I ever did for the money.

Do that and you will get nicked IMO once you open it up.
