Don't let high miles put you off of one of these, our 2004 model manual coupe is now on 167k in the hands of just 2 owners, it's still in lovely condition and pulls like an express train.

E46 M3 still looks fresh till this day IMO. Looks even prettier in red.

Thats lovely. I'd lose them god awful black indicators ASAP though!

I'd do the 18's to a factory finish.

Enjoy.

I quite like the black indicators - front and side. It's how I bought it so if I get fed up with them I'll need to source the original light ones again from somewhere. Plenty on Ebay I'd imagine.

Yeah, I'm thinking BMW shadow chrome for the 18s too.

If you want shadow chrome I can recommend Lepsons.

Congrats on the purchase. Looks very nice. Just spent 4 hours detailing mine and man does the car put a smile on your face regardless of it being sat on your drive or blasting through some B roads. Your going to love it.

Great car and great colour, nice to see one not in shades of grey/silver.

I think the black indicators go quite well with the red colour!

Never really liked the E46 M3 look, the facelifted E46 always appealed more, which the M3 never came as. However I must admit that it looks very nice in red.

Congratulations. Any mods planned?

No mods planned no. Except for getting some new sat nav maps and maybe a GROM usb adaptor!

Only mod I might do is to shorten the front number plate surround to better fit my 5 digit private plate when the DVLA get their finger out and transfer it.

nono don't do it, 5 digit registrations (or any reg for that matter) look better on normal length plates.

I love the look of e46 M3. They look nearly as good as e30 M3! tongue out

Anthracite would look great on the 18's I reckon. +1 for keeping standard plate length. I just think it looks a bit Halfords. Especially when the rest of your car looks so good.

One thing I would do though, is visit Geoff Steele and treat your ears to a carbon air box.

That noise is well worth the effort alone!

My front plate is a standard length fortunately so will try it "normal" at least to start with. Looked ok on my previous car and was only a thought as to a mod to do without breaking the bank..lol

Need to get one 4" section of one of my 19s touched up a bit - need to find somewhere local to east midlands - any suggestions peeps?

Don't think I can afford a CSL type inlet just yet - nice though!

I assume you still need the map and why do people go for this one over the evolve one?

A lot of money is a 1k air box on a 7.5k car. I have heard the CSL and absolutely love the noise. Is there not one available for 500quid?

One expensive air box

I know it doesn't seem to be any cheaper alternatives
