Just a little too...safe?

My personal opinion - YMB looks good on the 3 as does black, but neither suit the 4.
Austin looks good on the 4 not on the 3.

Grey or silver - should look ok on either but a bit drab.
Given the shape, Silverstone II with Sakhir inside would look fab yes

Bit grown up and not such a boy-racer appearance wink

Granted my F10 M5 but you get the idea wink

Yes that works on the 5, not so sure on the 3.

As you say, bit more grown up.
Sort of retired bank manager.... wink

For some reason I thought you had a Monte Carlo blue one.

Agree, its the dullards choice. But I don't love the brights enough, and no one buys white anymore do they!

Wonder how much individual is? Viper Green anyone?

Retired bank manager...............cheeky fker wink

I was just about to hit the button the 'superman' combo but as good as it looked I couldn't do it, whilst it looks great it's just that little bit too loud for me.

I must be getting old, I think the Silverstone really suits the M5..

I picked up my M4 1st September in Silverstone with black leather. Whilst this is obviously very sedate compared to the YMB and SO etc its a car that I take to customer visits so I needed something to blend in. I think theres a big difference between the colour you would buy compared to the colour you think is the best !!

Only done about 200 miles, but so far very pleased with it. A car with a real split personality.

I agree.
We had a Santorini blue Alpina - most people liked it but 'wouldn't buy that colour' for themselves.

So we have a YMB with silverstone leather on order.

I know I created a thread about this, but this seems the busiest M3/4 thread at the moment.

So does anyone know a dealer that has an M3 in stock that is not a launch/demo car? Looking for one urgently.

Thanks in advance.

Sytner Nottingham have a Sakhir/silverstone M3 for sale.
June reg, 3k miles, lots of spec, £56,850

I'm assuming one of the first customer cars as this dealers demos were YMB M3 and a black M4.

Post yesterday mentioned Elms but for M4's though, worth calling them.

Stratstone Chesterfield have a Black M3 with SO.

Not sure on history, suspect a demo. Good value though.

I went to look at that a few months ago - was in the showroom with zero miles.
Looked good.

Thanks guys. Apparently there are 10 non-registered M3's in the country in a mix of colours. Just need to find them!

Noticed a mineral white M3 on the forecourt at Sytner Nottingham - no price on it so perhaps one of the 10?

Here we go a few more pics. These were taken by my car detailer who gave it the necessary paint protection (rather than relying on the dealership !!). Unfortunately don't have any of the interior yet.

I've found on my Silverstone II F10 the sides of both sides of the car low down are absolutely peppered with stone chips after 10k miles. The fronts of the rear bumper facing the tyres both look like someone has shot blasted them!

I've mentioned this to the dealer and they simply answered that's what happens when you have wide 20" wheels.

If I were to get another I'd get the low sills protected, they're beginning to look a right mess frown
