It does make you wonder.........
Car is in today for MoT and Insp I service, being done at the main dealer as that's where I bought it last year and its still under warranty and there were a couple of small bits I want them to look at.
So I got a call yesterday saying they would be collecting it this morning around 11:30 and to check off the list of things I want looking at. OK says I but does that leave you enough time to do the service as surely the car needs to be cold to do the valve clearances. Oh no sir that's Insp II, are you sure I say I thought it was Insp I as well, oh let me check and get back to you, never did of course.
So today arrives car collected at 11:30 and just had a call to say they need to keep it into next week as its not cold enough to do the valve clearances, although he called them tappets!
