had the same thing from HSBC when I took out a loan to buy my car. Got all my interest back and refunded directly into my account, happy days!

Just to say that BMW FS wrote to all customers affected as took the approach to just pay everyone rather than have another PPI saga of everyone writing in claiming for it.
