I've got it fitted to mine, it does sound good, blips on downshifts not as pronounced as it was on the E92 MPE though
how much did it cost, fitted?
My supplying dealer matched Cotswold price and fitted it with Titanium tips for £3150

Not wanting to query something that could be contentious but.... I'm interested that this is an LCI M3 but with pre-LCI dash wrt the heating display? My 335d LCI has the change over to white display digits on the heating display and the illuminating light around it.....the car pictured has red and it's not easy to see the light? So is this something that hasn't filtered through to the M3 or have I just missed something?
Either way beautiful car, I'm aiming at an M3 next but have no idea what colour (current car is Tanzanite) and will be getting manual which rules out every dealer car that I've currently seen when wandering through the showroom "on the off chance"!
Mine's an LCI car and i can switch between the orange or white lights in the centre console, may be the photo's posted are of a car so new to the owner he's not had a chance to switch or experiment yet?

The one I'm picking up later this week is an LCI and has the new white light on the heating control display.

We have an LCI M3 and it has the orange heating display? I think you can change the ambient lighting from orange to white, however, it doesn't alter the heating display from memory...

What's going on here? The configurator shows the heating display to be white on LCI cars.

Isnt it white during the day, then orange in the evening - thats what the speedo/rev counter etc on my M135i used to do. Now it does it for the centre instruments as well.

No one likes having their word questionedshoot . But I guess this is the internet and people can say anything, so equally people will doubt the veracity of anything bordering on the extreme. I've no intention of doing 'custard' on the numbers, but what I will say is that I don't think I'll be the last to lay claim to 18% discount on these highly specced BMW GB cars. Indeed, I'll be surprised (but quietly delighted!) not to hear it beaten...

Taken this evening after the first fill up. This is grey black, although not the example shown on the 'Individual' thread at Barons.

Day light pictures to follow. Oh, and Continentals frown
Mine has Continentals on it I noticed when I went to see it at the weekend, not happy about that being a MPSS fanboy.

That is one hell of a stunning M3 BTW.

Ambient lighting? Or the buttons and display, IIRC you can only change the ambient lighting on the LCI M3/4 the buttons and heating display are orange/red.

Heating display definitely white (at least during the day) on the Lci model

Can anyone work this out then? The official LCI pictures definitely have white climate control (which also came with an update in the graphics. Some have Amber on there (??? Sept) LCI M cars whilst others have white. The climate doesn't seem configurable as opposed to the ambient lighting so those are two separate things. I wonder if anyone has an LCI car with definite build date of say December and what colour theirs is? Not wanting to start a conspiracy theory, but could there have been an interim crossover where some cars had the previous climate display with the other LCI changes? Seems highly unlikely. I can't tell from the photos whether the graphics on the amber displays are the new ones or old ones.

Admiring the manual gearbox, I haven't managed to try a manual but this is what I want, happy with the decision?
