Discounts on new M3/M4?

@Broda or anyone else who can point me towards a friendly dealer in the SE for these discounts! Please drop me a mail.
I got just over 10.5k off of a 62.5k spec car factory order in Southampton just a smidge over 17% discount including BMW contribution, happy to put you in touch with salesperson if you want.Hi all - first post.
My head has been spinning the last few days because I'm considering my first foray into PCP on a new M3, but with all the different incentives on different models, new vs used etc, it's hard to get to grips with.
My PCP quotes were astronomical compared to some here and having got a couple of dealers to work on the figures I thought I wasn't far off, but it seems I am still a long way off what others are currently getting?!
Best I've managed to get so far is my car plus 5k (car appraised at 6k) for 550 monthlies (48months/10k miles). To me that seem high considering the high deposit?
Car is exact spec I was after plus a couple of extras, other than not a colour (both leather and paint) that I had really thought of. Is an unregistered car not factory order.
Yas Marina Blue
Silverstone extended leather
DCT
Black 19" wheels
Reversing camera
Sun protection glass
Carbon fibre interior trim
Adaptive LEDS
High beam assist
HUD
Harmon Kardon
£63,410
The dealer has suggested that i can make them include the service pack, and I would try and maybe get them to throw in and fit the black m sport grill and breather bits. Oh and some leather care stuff because I am a bit nervous about how the leather will hold up!
There's a bit more value if I can get those bits in the deal but still seems high compared to what's out there.
I'm not interested in wringing every last penny out of them, but I don't want to be shafted.
To that end, anyone got any dealer recommendations that I should maybe try, preferably in S/SE London, Kent type areas.
Sorry for the long post guys, any pointers from anyone with a bit more experience of PCP would be much appreciated.

Sorry, hopefully I have everything don't have the paperwork to hand just this second, just my notes.
Deposit 5k
Trade in 6k
Monthly payments 554
GVF 25504
4.9%
48 months
10k miles
Price 62085, OTR Price 63410
Discounted to 57000 apparently, although no matter what I do I can't make the figures fit.
Thanks for your help. Am I missing anything?
Edit: looking at this clearly the discount is nothing to write home about.

Cheers - 57k is the cash price they said they'd take and said that that was how they based the finance, but according to your workings that looks like slightly more of a discount on the finance rather than cash.
However I have used a few of those PCP tools and a) I can never get them to match the BMW figures (BMW always come out higher) and b) there's a few out there and they don't all match up with each other either, drastically in some cases!ha ha

John, it's not a great deal. The breakdown is:
1. you achieved a 10% discount. Many, many on here are getting 15%.
2. You are paying 19k in principle and 7k in interest over the 48 months (48*554)
If you got the better discount your payment would drop to about 500 which it sounds like the target price!
Read the thread 15% is there on new factory orders. Just not at that dealership.

There are a few reason why the figs may not match. Flat rates if interest which charge 12 months interest as opposed to monthly. Various doc fees but by and large you can calculate if within a spreadsheet. One months interest, deduct from the payment. Net that against the amount of credit.....However I have used a few of those PCP tools and a) I can never get them to match the BMW figures (BMW always come out higher) and b) there's a few out there and they don't all match up with each other either, drastically in some cases!ha ha
Thank you very much, that is really helpful and you have spelled things out for me. It's really helpful to get some advice from people who know the current market. I wasn't happy but I think I needed it confirmed.
I'll see if they can do any better in the morning if not I'll go elsewhere.
I have gone through most of the thread but I'm unfamiliar with these deals and the market, and what with so many moving parts I'm grateful of another set of eyes.
cheers

John,
I myself just took delivery of a new M4.
I got 15% off from a dealer in the Sytner network, if you check their site they offer a 6k discount to begin with on the M4 (base 59k).
