Mines done 65K with FSH and a 3 inch thick history file which includes the original sales invoice.. I bought it from a 75 year old retired gent who bought it brand new in 1999 and is a totally original and unmolested spec car...
I know you will prob say you will never sell but what do you think it's worth?£11k?
Yes your correct I have no intention to sell, and your Probebly not far off the value at £11K ish..??? But as though they were mas produced I think they are very few original low milage cars left around now and they can only go one way...? I can't believe the way the Z3 M Coupe's & Roadster have gone in the last 24 months...!!!
They are certainly getting rarer now in decent specification and low mileage.
I picked up a 99 M3 Evo Cab in Feb last year with 65K miles on, in Carbon Black with Modena Leather and a full service history (1 of 25 special batch made for the UK with a load of optional extras)
Since I have had it I have re-trimmed the interior in full, and also had the body treated in a few areas to remove the usual areas of rust that can gather.
They are great cars to drive and still quite good value for what you are getting so I can see why you would want one.
I am still torn in keeping mine as I really want an e60 M5 but with the prices on M3's likely to only go up it would not be a great time to sell so I think a lot of decent cars are being kept now as there are not a huge amount available.

You're right, the colour doesn't photo well. Its a lovely deep green that when the sun shines on it has like a petrol-ey/pearly tint to it. I didn't set out for a green car but it looked so good in the flesh I took a leap of faith!
Fern Green is a rare colour! I have a '98 coupe in Fern and love the colour - I find that it doesn't photograph well and looks much better in person.Good luck with selling it.

already got an Ad on there. Few replies saying it looks good but no offers as yet.
Hope you get your price. I agreed £6k on a Fern Green cab, very late 1999, 2 owners and FULL BMW service history on 40k miles.
Then HPI'd it and found it was Cat C in 2000. Needless to say, I ran a mile and wouldn't have given him £2k for it.

Sold. £5500. First guy that viewed it. Not the 6 I wanted but hey-ho! Its going to an enthusiast, which is worth taking a little less imo. Love that car!
Nice one Graham! Someone is going to have a sorted car! Very good price too. Put it towards a holiday fund!PS: I've sent you a message on M3cutters!

Still toying with the idea of selling mine now.
Off travelling for a while in August. Part of me thinks laying it up in a lockup over winter might be a bad idea but then.... Aargh, I'll regret selling it. Tsk.
Just don't want to come back to a pile of dead iron oxide
