Yes, indeed it was - Wigan to make it a little more precise!
What kind of a write up do they get? I had checked the net for reviews and the only really negative comments were based round the stock list not being updated often enough so some cars listed had actually been sold some time ago. I ca see why this is done (more perceived stock and maybe in case a car is returned!)
I went in with eyes open and bought on my knowledge of condition at the time. I had mentioned that I was getting it checked over at Redish but I wasn't aware at that stage that Redish are booked up for 7 weeks I advance!
There are a couple of very minor niggles with the car but all seems good and it's just the sub frame checking that is my real concern. I will get it up on my halfords ramps this weekend having spoked to Redish and seen their video for pointers on exactly where to check so fingers crossed.
I found the same with reviews.

My car was on an 04 facelift but turned out to be an 02 car that wasn't a facelift and most likely an import.

It had what seemed to be a few niggles so I took it to Bartletts in Huntington who inspected it and found lots of things wrong with it. Things that quite frankly should have been picked up by a dealer claiming to thoroughly inspect their cars before. There is a thread on here and a couple on M3 Cutters about some of the problems I had.

After much chasing I took it back for a refund a couple of weeks ago. It's amazing how difficult it was to get hold of them once problems developed. I was lucky in a way in that the car was miss sold as a facelift otherwise I may have had more difficulty getting things sorted.
