I went manual (personal choice rather than issues related) and felt there was a £1k premium for it when comparing prices.
Yep deffo - used to be that SMG was worth more but I have deffo noticed the swing - Manual without doubt worth more.

Pics? Never hear of Velvet Blue and never saw one when I was looking last year.
Posted it here bud

I do like that colour. I was wanting a Mystic Blue one but not very common, but I did see some around.

Ended up with Carbon Black and red leather for the full on chav/drug dealer look. I am loving ownership so far.
I bought one a fortnight ago in velvet blue (at least I think it is velvet blue), such a great looking/sounding/performing car. Highly recommend them to everyone.
Mine is a 2003 E46 M3 convertible and has 67k on the clock and I paid £8,500 with a full s/h and all the toys. Love it!

I haven't found that skinny birds lean in my car window at traffic lights and offer me money, but I live in hope.

Well prices are definitely hardening in the BMW network:

So 2002 with 71k for £14850. Looks great IMHO with. Cinammon leather

That is extremely optimistic! I wonder if the AUC warranty would cover those dubious aftermarket headlights should they fail?

Didn't notice the dodgy lights, are you sure they're not just the std xenons? They look the same as these;

This one is £15850 so another ballsy asking price

Black leather
Individual - VELVET BLUE - very rare and lovely colour - Looking at other rare individuals this seems to give a stronger premium ?
FSH

Nice colour scheme , I guess it depends on condition and whether the rear subframe has been done as well as the quality of the service history, is it all BMWSH or recognised bmw specialist ? If it is all bang on then I'd be thinking 11500 ish?

BMW dealers can draw at least a couple of grand more as the AUC check and warranty make buyers much more comfortable

Rear subframe is fine - I have had it checked

Not full BMW no - BMW whilst in warranty, then none related garage, then I have had it done privately by BMW engineer (with stamp)
Was thinking £10,750/£11,000 ?

I think the problem you'd have is the big money is all on cars with rock solid history, yours is not so I'd be over to m3cutters and getting a sense check from the guys there.
