They have some photos and a vid of what I presume is 001 on their instagram feed.

I think my mam would drive it harder than it is shown on the vid....whistle

Wonder why the rear spoiler isn't painted?

Subjective but am not feeling the treatment of the front spoiler and that key looks a bit naff.

I'm guessing that was a first shakedown?

Evidently chassis 001 has been shipped back to its owner. Considering how 'special' (and expensive) this car is supposed to be, I'm surprised there hasn't been anything more than a few Instagram pics from odd angles. I did notice the front brake cooling ducts which looked woefully inadequate from the pic I saw. Oh and the pinstripe on the top of the boxed arch.

So car one is a stock looking M3 ( any body mods ? ) with a turbo S14 , some alcantara trim bits, cage , different seats and wheels etc ?
Some engine details and performance figures would be interesting.

Asked about final spec' etc but I don't usually get much of a response.

No idea if the paint has PPF on the front but (and this is just my opinion) it looks more show car than one you'd want to use as intended. That show paint will soon pick up stone chips and gravel rash in the usual places. Apart from the faux ACS door mirrors, the E9 styled brake cooling ducts and the seats, everything else looks pretty standard E30 fare. Wheels are always going to be subjective so unsure if there's any choice offered? Doesn't seem so though.

I still think it's the wrong car for a project like this. An 02 would have been much better with classic 60's styling and modern performance under the skin. Plus there are far more 02's to choose from.

''As previously stated, once she's been presented to her owner, more details and photos with be shared on here (instagram) and redux.com''

That told me.

Turbo S14 M3s aren't really my thing, but quite interesting to see what other owners do with their cars. The project is a lot more interesting now they seemed to have dropped the CSL cliches of a roof hoop type spoiler, ducktail boot lid, side vents etc. I'd kinda to know how a 380 bhp S14 turbo goes down the road.

Unless you've got a bigger footprint I'd be sceptical to how much quicker a big horsepower E30 M3 would actually be?

I guess it would also depend on how much of the s14's character is retained? It's the high revving, naturally aspirated engine that makes the M3 what it is for me. I also wonder how it might sound now? You certainly won't be getting that jack hammer induction noise like you do with a carbon air box.

I'd love to know what the price is? biglaugh

Evidently the first car has been shipped to California for it's owner. I'm surprised there is so little information and so few pics available. Especially with 9 more to come.
