As I put in an earlier post, nip across the river to Southend, Fairfields of had a M2 demonstrator available a couple of weeks ago when I was there.

Does anyone know of an M2 demonstrator available in the Woking, Surrey area? I believe Vines of Guildford and Barons in Farnborough aren't going to have any demo cars

I drove the one at Cooper Cobham but this was before it was sold.

I believe they are still running it as a demo for a couple of months and a few thousand miles and the new owner was aware of this.

Could have changed though.

What about Sytner Maidenhead, didn't see one there when I was in last week, but I'd be surprised if there isn't one somewhere within the Sytner group. Given the size of the dealership and the amount of ///M sales, I'd be surprised if Sytner High Wycombe don't have one...?

Test drove this car today, was very impressed and looked great in LBB with all the carbon bits. Although it may have cost me more money as I really liked the DCT.

Here she is - great so far!

Think we need an exhaust and the M Perf goodies though. Also going in for new car detail and ceramic coating this week!

Very nice mate.

Needs some black kidney grills.

I'm lucky enough to be a SiRamik accredited detailer so I'll be doing my own when it arrives smile

Keep them Chrome, I really don't get the black grilles look.

I agonised for days over black or chrome, but in the end decided I preferred the chrome (on a blue car at least).

But it is all a matter of individual taste.

I wonder how long it will be before the tuning companies are offering remaps and tuning packages for them

I'm not bothered about tuning but a widget to turn off rev matching is something that I would pay for.

I thought I read somewhere that it can be switched off in sports plus mode or similar?

Yes, but only with ESP disabled. It would be good just to disable rev-match and leave everything else working normally and still have the option of different modes.
