S800, was your Monaro 800hp? I assume a blunt tool compared to the finesse of the M6?
LOL. Long story some time ago but it was suppose to be 800hp having blown it up at 635. The tuner screwed it up and I sold it on. My last VXr8 was about 650 and yes both characterful cars but archaic compared to the M6.
Got the LC working, it's not the easiest thing to get up is it!! Can't seem to adjust the launch revs with any buttons and we tried them all but it's already violent launching at 3k! smile
My brother had a HSV GTS in NZ a few years back. Stock with 307kw . I drove it a few times. Subtle it wasn't biglaugh

Z06 was good but not good enough. Un-prepped track and no LC still netted an 11.6 and 127mph trap. New PB for a totally road used car.

Nice biggrin

So that was your time? What did they get?

Would love to know what spec/mods/power you are making.

F10 M5 doing under 10.5 second quarters... I think some of you lot have been smoking your own dung.

More like early 12's / high 11's! A zx10r does the quarter in about 10.2 at 152 terminal speed. A two tonne m5 does not get to 150mph in 10 seconds remapped or not.

How about 10.95 @ 132mph. That is fast for an M5

If you're referring to the car in the clip below then please be aware that it was heavily tuned/modified.

A standard F10 has been tested at 11.9 secs. It might be close to low tens if you drove off a cliff

I believe you said modified or not. Either way it's fast.

Still a nice time for a stock 2 tonne car though...but as you said a few fantasy times such as the 9 second one been thrown around.

Oh definetley a very fast time for a lovely luxury sedan. Hope I can get in one in a year or two!
