In 2010 the US were getting a reliable 700+whp out of 335i's with single turbo kits. That was with all standard engine internals.

And only a 3 litre 6.

I would say 1000bhp will be easy from the S63
I have a feeling your not going to stop at just a map

Yes it has to be said DMS are at the top of there game for a reason, went above and beyond to accommodate, including hiring a group of F1 simulators where we could all race each other at the same time.. (PS Paul i had one more go and was 0.1 off you furious )

Cant see me using anyone else in the future, even though its a 5-6hr drive away.

it says alot when around the workshop they have engines like Lamborghini and Amg v12's lined up for projects

.

Figures are interesting...

Mine made the least I think (725 boo hoo), but starting from the least (571) means it gained 154 or an increase of 27% (!!)

Neil's finished highest at 751 (all that matters in the end), but starting from 629 is gain of 122 or 19%.

The torque curves varied quite widely too so the cars do not all behave in the same way dynamically.

Maybe look at some downpipes next smile
used to the power already ha

Your gonna be at 800bhp before you've even hit 2000miles.

I live in Southampton so maybe I should pop down for a chat... Seems like everyone likes the power hike, I guess time will tell how well it beds in.
Am sure rob would let you test his long term m5 that's been mapped for over a year I believe ...

Hi tp,

Needless to say it's definately worth doing imo. Traction genuinely doesn't seem to have changed that much for mine (to my surprise) can only put it down to the fact the temps have risen Just above the threshold for the pzero's over the last week.

As a few have said its like you don't need to drop 2-3 gears to get past anything, just the 1.
