The reality of a tune like this is that I/most will only use the "above factory" power and torque levels for about 0.1% of the time or less - the same time as I spend on wide open throttle! But its nice to have it when you do..
This is exactly my rationale for having the car modified - I rarely get the throttle wide open at high revs in current conditions - 1st and 2nd don't count for anything and we all know that you only need to stretch 3rd out on a public road before you're into instant ban territory. Perhaps the extra torque low down will have an impact but then the car already does a pretty good job at effortlessly wafting in high gears. Like yourself I think I'll extract the extra power only momentarily on a few occasions, when conditions allow. I'm especially looking forward to having the limit removed as my last jolly to Eastern Germany left me feeling as it didn't belong on a car like these.
If I do stay down I'll preemptively book the Hilton too - its as good as anywhere.
Mine goes back to the dealer on Friday, when I pick up the pastel blue jalopy, I'll be interested to hear everyone's views on the "DMSing" as an aside having seen "the bosses" car on 19" I've come to the conclusion they look better on them than 20".
Enjoy the day gents....

By all accounts traction is much improved on the 19" wheels too. I get very little issue with mine even with the extra beans.Enjoy the day gents....

Yours sounded good when you took off Enjoy the day gents....
I asked about going first so I can be home for picking up my daughter at 5 and they said it should be done by 12 if they start at 9
So if that is 3 hours all in they will have to run a rolling program to get us all done in a day.
I suppose first hour or two is getting the ecu's out and programming etc, then on the dyno to finish. So they can start the 2nd car while the 1st goes on the dyno etc...
