E46 M3 in Laguna Seca Blue
Discussion
LSB is rare because it was pulled after I think two years of production....a lot of demonstrators were LSB or Pheonix Yellow as they were the two "special colours" for the E46 M3 relatively few cars were specced in those colours though. I saw one LSB cars years ago which had a Phoenix Yellow interior.....

But smoked lenses, black badges, black grilles and the like aren't "oem csl parts"
The only lenses that are different are the Depo indicator units, the black grilles are OEM (colour matched) and it has OEM BMW badges all round(not black).. as I said 'OEM' or 'genuines CSL' is the way to go. It's a guide rather than a rule.Edited by Craigwww on Monday 23 November 09:48

I need to stay away from these E46 M3 threads. Every time I sneak a peek, I end up spending the next 2 hours working my way through the classifieds. Second to my E30, they're just about the best looking M3 for me.
I agree. E30 is best looking of all but E46 is a close second.Cactussed said:
Mine's got a few mods:
100 cell cats
Exhaust
Carbon airbox
3.91 diff
Coilovers
6 pots
I don't know about values, but in terms of fun to drive, its right up there with the 355.
The short diff and airbox are hilarious fun.
Mines totally standard as it left the factory. Agree...they are a hoot to hoon around the B roads up here in Norfolk! I can see why people upgrade the brakes - Porsche they are not in that department!100 cell cats
