I am a great fan of Alex Goy's videos, but for the sake of BMW salespeople all round the country, I do wish he hadn't said that delimiting is a 'box you can tick'. It's far more difficult than that. Poor sods are going to be overwhelmed with emails saying "oh, please delimit mine"The de-limit was/is an option mentioned in the original launch info. And did appear on the config overseas.
M performance pack I think?
I've asked my dealer but at the moment there was no info. They are checking with BMW UK.

The M Driver's Package increases the top speed from the standard 250 km/h to 270 km/h. The M Driver's Package can be ordered directly for new vehicles, or can easily be added later. All other technical characteristics remain unchanged after the installation of the M Driver's Package. A voucher for driver safety training is included.
