Lies buying an AUC
Discussion
They let my wife drive off missing a wheel bolt after trying to force her to buy a brand new rear light cluster for a "guaranteed MOT fail" tiny crack in one reflector. Never failed the MOT and even when PXing no one noticed.
They quoted THOUSANDS to replace a rear panel on our A4 that a BMW approved shop did for £450.
They wouldn't let my wife leave with just the space saver, forced her to buy a massively over-priced Pirelli that didn't match the other tyres.
BUNCH OF TOTAL C@NTS.

I drove my AUC E90 M3 from Leicester to Scotland after collection with a cut in a front sidewall down to the canvas.
On pointing this out when I arrived home and noticed it they claimed it wasn't possible because they'd just MOT'd the car (6 months before its first MOT was due).
Still trying to figure that one out.
Shame on me for not checking and as such getting them to pay only half of the replacement cost was the outcome. When I went back to the pictures in the advert the damage was just about visible but not conclusive. I know I didn't do it.
Also told categorically that a second year AUC warranty was impossible despite finding out later that's total BS.
I wouldn't use Sytner again.

I have found SYTNER to be a bunch of lying tight barstards never ever would deal with them. On pointing this out when I arrived home and noticed it they claimed it wasn't possible because they'd just MOT'd the car (6 months before its first MOT was due).

do not be fooled by bmw approved used cars,i know 1st hand that in many cases low milage used cars will under go complete front end resprays just to hide stone chips ect to warrant highest sell on rates
Not exactly front page news is it? Hardly like they're going to put a car on a forecourt with the front end covered in stone chips Sadface said:

You do realise that all dealers especially prestige like Porsche and Ferrari give you a trade in value to cover them for bringing a car up to showroom/sale standard which includes paint tyres and warranty. Most prestige cars in showrooms have had paint its common knowledge.

So you'd be quite happy for them to refuse a trade-in on your BMW because it had a few stone chips you don't think they should repair??Gassing Station | M Power | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
