Try these guys, they are enthusiasts and know the cars. Got mine from them and despite a lot of the things which tell you to run I've had no trouble with it in 10 months. I think they only take on cars they would want themselves. They are well known on cutters

seems cheap for what it is.but...
you dont know until you have a look.
no mention of the subframe being done so thats a cost to consider.
I found prices varied significantly when buying based on colour and interior combos just as much as mileage and history. Silver with black always being a lower priced option.
East Kent look reasonably priced to me, when my time comes to sell I'll be looking at 5 figures. Anything good seems to have risen in value recently. Great car, apart from I struggle with seat adjustment, preferring to sit very low and laid back which I can't get in the M3 (but can in my 5 series).

Love the car, bought about 3 years ago, not put a foot wrong. 2002. Just come up to 130k now. Bloody quick car, love the feel of it. Cost around 7k back then, maybe 8. But the chap had took all the sat nav etc out. Didn't bother me too much as i wanted to put my own stuff in.
However. I have it left at my old house at the moment, been stood for 4 months, flat battery. New battery on but no fuel gauge, no speedo, cog light on etc, however drives like a good 'un.
House is being sold at mo so will have to move it, and I'll see what the damage really is. They don't like being stood!
Would i have one again? In a heartbeat.
Bought mine in 2011 for £11900 (@45k miles) privately - was top end at the time but the condition was worth it. Sold privately nearly 2 years ago for £11k @ 70k miles. It was the right thing to do at the time but really wish I'd kept it. It's a shame the low milers are all up for silly money. I can't see them being worth so much right now but fair play to anyone getting good money for theirs.
If I saw a nice manual, individual with top spec and low miles for a sensible price it would be hard not to go for another.

Love that interior, they look similar to the recaros I has in my RS Clio 200.
How do you find the seat height? I'm 5'10" and I'm concerned if I put recaros in (or any a/m bucket seats for that matter) I'd be far too low. Is there any adjustment?
They are the same seats as you had in your clio 200 Recaro Sportster CS.How do you find the seat height? I'm 5'10" and I'm concerned if I put recaros in (or any a/m bucket seats for that matter) I'd be far too low. Is there any adjustment?
I'm only 5'10 as well and find the height just perfect.
They completely transform the feel of the car.
There is some adjustment on them but you have to choose the height you want them set at when you install them, this is done by using shims in the base plates.
