Don't buy into the BS dealers spout about 'having' to have new pads when new discs are fitted. If your pads are below say 40% life left then it's a good idea, but any more than that just keep the pads you've got.
Best deal i got on front discs for my F10 M5 was just under £1000 supply & about £100 to fit by a local Indi. IIRC my local BMW dealer wanted just over £1500 for the same so i saved about 40%.
Unless you're changing your front discs for a 2nd time, i'd be surprised if the rear discs need doing. My car gets well used (track too) & the front discs only expired at around 24k miles but the rear discs still look almost as new. Rear pads however get used more than the front pads due to the TC so i'm on my 3rd set of rear pads & my 2nd set of front pads. My pads are Pagid RS29's though so much better performing that the OEM pads.
