BMW Radio LCD repair?

My radio LCD has missing pixels, I knew this when I bought the car, but the dealer knocked money off for the repair.

Can anybody recommend anyway local in Suffolk or being posted off?

I did mine myself, cheap kit of eBay 30mins of effort and perfect display. The kit was around £18 From eBay and came with a new ribbon and an adapter for a soldering iron. When I was looking it was around £70 and up to send it off and get it repaired. My thinking was get the kit, if it doesn't work get a new headunit as the standard one is pants anyway.
