Gorgeous interior, in 3 series form these are great all rounders. Economy/ practicality/ comfort/performance. Only thing that annoys me about the 35ds in the exhausts on one side. Wish it was like 35i as it drives my ocd wild! smile

Will be as quick or quicker in most situations as your previous m3 but I am sure you already know that!

Any thoughts on fettling? will see you are around 380bhp smile

Verrrrrry nice!
That colour combo with that white stitching works so well.

Ooooohhhhh.......interior looks the mutts nuts cool

The other week I did a configurator build for a 440i GC with this interior as a potential replacement for my E82 135i, but not seen any photos of one as most people seem to pick black or white, so having now seen some photos, I'm more than happy with the choice if I decide to proceed with the GC choice.

One of the reasons I've started to look at the 4GC, as while I would like a X3 or X5, the colour/trim options for them are pretty uninspiring to say the least frown

Thanks for the kind words guys, not going to remap it as these cars now communicate with Munich, so warantee could be voided, but as you say, it's as quick everyday driving as the M3 in most situations with good economy too.

Quite!

But, to try and bring it in, how does the 435d GC compare with the M6 GC that you had previously, for what you might call 'real world' driving?

I am going to be doing a lot more miles to and from London, so I got offered a great price for the M3 before the miles went on so took it.
TBH I got near new money back for it and the way the prices are falling away glad I got shot when i did.
You can buy the M3/4 now for £50K loaded, I got £49.5K for mine with 6K+ miles after 9 months, good deal no?.

Did you also get a big discount on the new car or was that priced at list to give you more for the M3

Love the interior agree the earlier reply white stitching really suits leather colour

Perhaps because some say it's as quick or quicker than an M3 in most situations?!!

It's quick and quiet, tyre noise low and the HK Sound system has been improved in some way, sound great.
The car has great torque/power up too 100MPH all I need really TBH.
Close to the M3 too 80 MPH but quicker off the line with XDrive.
Should be as quick in the wet all round on UK roads IMO.
Does lack the sound and suspension though.
I have adaptive suspension but it's NO "M".
I like it for what it is "an all rounder for a guy my age".
PS) and 40 MPG+ .

Quick isn't everything. Feedback and fun is what makes an M3. I bet this car has hugely deflecting suspension bushes when pushing it quite hard mid-corner resulting in lots of understeer. Nice car, but still in the wrong section wink

Nice car though OP. smile
