E30 powered by e46 m3 Turbo engine Project

Hello guys hope i am not off topic. I am just starting a new turbo project with my e30. I am totally outside turbo engines as before i had a 4.4 v8 engine on the car. But i am looking for a 700+ bhp daily driven car, i read a lot about it but hope here to find the final aswers. For the begining i want to completely rebuild the engine so will be capable even of 900BHP. Don't want to work 10 times, just do first time good job. There is the parts i know about (i think ) and with the rest please if you guys can help me.

Cyl head : - Cat cams
- Supertech valves and springs
- brand new oem timing chains and everything else
- shall i disable the vanos? (i dont want future problems)

Vems management (so i can adapt TC and ABS )

Engine block: - all arp studs
- pauter rods
- je pistons (please help with the compression ratio and head gasket )
- knife edged crank (is it ok or not? where can i do it ?)


- what bearings shall i use?
-where can i verify the bore and block cracks also cyl head ?
-shall i use precision turbo ?

Clutch ?
3.0d engine gearbox



Please tell me if there are parts better than the ones choosed by me
I am situated West Midlands but can traver all over UK for a good job done

It might be worth contacting the OP on this thread for the engine side of things. He has done a few turbo E46M3s with impressive results. Believe he's based in Istanbul though.

I tried to contact PPF guys from sweden and they are out untill 1august. They already made a few e46 turbo monsters with dual vanos working so i will talk to them
