Amazing that there doesn't seem to be any real premium for a car that has a 12-18 month wait if you were to order one now. By my calculation that is a few hundred quid above list price!

I was offered this car by Barons 2 weeks ago but seriously baulked at the price. Seeing as there are 22 currently on Auto trader they might have their work cut out trying to shift it for that money.

I ordered mine nearly a year ago from the same dealer and still have zero idea on when the car might actually turn up but I'm not interested in paying overs for an M2.

They should know by now - I ordered mine in March and have now been given week 49 build date. Due for delivery late December/early Jan.

I'm told the used M2 that was for sale @ Barons sold for roughly a 6K premium!

Was this car anything particularly special? i.e. extra carbon trim etc.
Otherwise paying a £6k premium seems incredible considering that there are a good few currently advertised for barely above list to around a £3k premium. With several others rather optimistically priced with a £4-5k premium.

No but had most options from memory ... probably 49-50K spec.
