Disagree, I have owned three C5 RS6s and two B5 RS4s
The good RS4s are fetching mid twenty, two of those where imola recently. C5 RS6 hit rock bottom 3 years ago and are now climbing, however they make running a M5 look cheap.
Time will tell however the signs are there. I'm not really that bothered but I do like owning something which is a rare sight on the roads, I have never seen another.

I lost £3k in a year on my RS6 and that was in that timeframe - oddly all up on a PCM basis and per mile it is working out near identical to my 535d F10.... makes you think

With the C5, a well maintained or plus models will fetch higher prices, so many stters now as people do not want to fork out for the repairs. Gearbox, Intercoolers, oil lines, abs pump, turbos Jesus list goes on.
Maybe revisit this thread in 6 months I reckon :-)
But if they start to creep up then sorting the stters will be a viable business case. Maybe revisit this thread in 6 months I reckon :-)
Best colour Dolphin Grey - no question . Schumacher ran one of these back in the day too

http://www.bmwmregistry.com/model_faq.php?id=21 suggests 1025 all-in with 222 in RHD. Elsewhere there's a breakdown - 302 for Germany, 208 for Great Britain and Ireland and 184 for Italy.

Interesting that, when I couldn't find the answer two years ago I contacted BMW direct and they told me that they made the 220 quota for Europe and no left hookers! Wouldn't mind seeing a leftie as not even seen a pic of one!
