My post got deleted for some reason with a link to the ad for sale on Autotrader. Not sure why as countless other threads have Autotrader links to any sort of cars.

1 post 28 months member now wants cake and eat it.

Pay up for the example you want else buy that 9k 65 reg silver one in London for £32k bass spec only.
Sounds fishy.

32k for a 65 plate is a good price though, halibut a good deal.
I bet that's the sole car at that price...
It cod be a misprint or even a deliberate mistake to hook you in?
It’s not a base spec, it’s got privacy glass and rear camera - not a lot but it’s not base.

My old M5 which was three years old only had that spec plus 20” wheels and sold as quickly as it was advertised and it had 34000 miles and went for £34000.

Hey guys, any up to date good/bad experiences of the F10?

I’m assuming g those that have either owned, or looked at have compared/driven the 2013>> RS6 and possibly the X5M too? Is the x5M the same engine as the F10 M5?

I run an old v8 X5, is perfect as my hack/tow vehicle.... but do kee looking at the RS6... and given the F10 can tow... and seem well priced.. could be an option. The X5M are pretty awesome looking beasts too... but even more £

I purchased my 63 plate facelift F10 M5 at two and a half years old, apart from the air conditioning condenser which I believe was a common issue it has been faultless. For me, tyres and brakes don't last long but I have had it on track on a few occasions so nothing more than is to be expected, high oil consumption is an issue for some I gather but mine has never used any between services. Purely for peace of mind I keep the BMW warranty running which is about £800 for the year, comprehensive, £250 excess which I consider to be reasonable, however if the price jumped considerably I wouldn't be worried about running it without one. Looking at the prices now I think they are a real bargain.

Cheers.... yea, don’t see too many horror stories to be fair.... and starting around £20k they are a hell of a lot of car.

2013> Model RS6 starts around £35k plus.... and whilst an estate would be preferable... it’s a lot of £ delta.
