Anyone been allocated an M4 DTM?

Allocations for the DTM version were out last week, to be finalised on Monday. Has anyone definitely been allocated one?

no idea.I think it's 200 worldwide.I was turned down for a GTS which in part is why I made the point in a previous post about what a shame I thought it was that so many seemed to be being flipped...very excited for the DTM,and believe me that will be driven!

Trying to get an idea of how many are coming to the UK. You you know of any other who have been accepted to buy?

It would be good if you could ask your dealer. They should be able to get this info.

Hard to imagine them bringing that amount of cars to the UK when BMW have not said anything like that. Wouldn't that be misrep?

Assume some people will have a decision to make to go through with their order if the UK volume is closer to 30 instead of 9 units. Of course the potential profit to be made from flipping the car will have nothing to do with their decision.

I think it was an estimated amount.

I reckon they've just based it on 700 GTS' only 30 came to the U.K. Now there's 200 of the DTM and roughly works out to 9/10 UK cars using the same percentage.

But I'm sure they'd like to meet potential orders and sell as many as they can = £££

I have read elsewhere that production exceeded 700 units for the M4 GTS, the final figure was 803. Also (via another GTS owner) UK allocation ended up being 41 (vs. 30). There are a fair share of these currently advertised for sale above list, but seems to be the same cars for months now.

Presumably BMW will stick to the 200 production volume for the M4 DTM, but no guarantee.

I have got one allocated, going to be a nice compliment to my Lotec Turbo E30 M3, that will make a great difficult choice on a sunny day.
