Eibach springs

Discovered a broken rear spring on my Z4MC today, I'm now looking into getting a set of Eibach springs that lower the front by 20 mm and the rear by 10mm. I will be running with 19" 8.1/2 rims and 235x30 on the front and 91/2" and 265x30 on the rear. Has anyone had any issues with this set up?
