Yesterday we visited the Wiesmann Factory, the old one, and in October we will go again to the new factory the opening and open day, wich will also show the Wiesmann GT V10 still a little secret
Here some picture's of that day made by one of our 20 people tour people, it was a nice day organized by klassiekerrally and gt modelbouw;

Hi Rene,

I guess that this is old news, but it's new to me. I've noticed your posts over the last year or two. I like what you have to say and remember you as a very knowlegeable PHer. We've talked a few times, mainly on a Wiesmann post, as I love those cars, too. But this I can't believe!!! You really pulled it off. This car is amazing. And a one-off to boot. Congratulations Rene. You deserve it. Enjoy the Hartge. It will keep you busy till you get a Wiesmann. clap

Regards,

Miguel

Yeah, I saw the link, but my Dutch isn't too good. wink Thanks for the info, Rene. Maybe some day I'll be able to join you at the Wiesmann factory. I think that they're among the greatest and most exciting cars right now, but visiting Donkervoort would be cool, too. Take care.

I really had a thing for these M Coupes, but that things on a plateau above Rene. Absolutely stunning.

Good luck with getting a Weismann, I love the rear, it's exquisite, athough I think the front could be improved a little.

It has the most impressive accelleration I've experienced. Ever.
And the noise it produces... cloud9

Only cars like a Countach attract more attention.

Wim, a V8 Cerbera is . . . erm . . . violent.

I like my cars wild, race-like. Rene's stunner is like a GT, really I mean that.

It's comfy and fast without the constant nervous urge I like so much.

Why not call GTO magazine to invite 'em for a review Rene? Or Octane? Please mail for details wink

I'm gone for 2 days BTW, business course.

Hey Dink, have a nice 2 day trip thenbiggrin

I did call autovisie(they are to busy but have my mail and info so good take a while or never) and mailed GTO but I guess they are busy too cause I never heard something back and I'm no pusher so I wait...but I would like a review with nice pics in a car-magazine...think the car deserves it, I know of one existing magazine where they had this car in a review that was a bmwcarmagazine in february 2002 when they visiting Herbert Hartge's headquarters.
