Stephen James BMW, are a bunch of grease monkeys. From the service team to the parts department and the technicians. All they know, is how to scare customers by using technical jargon to get more money. And when they managed to succeed, they still can't do the job properly.
The amount of times I've been back and forth with them, regarding an oil leak has been unbelievable.
In 2014 to date, I have spent at least £1500, (from the breathing system to certain parts of the engine that may have caused the leak).
My BMW is a E46 with 65000 miles, with full Stephen James BMW service history.
It has got to the point where I've lost trust and faith with Stephen James and I will never recommend them to anyone.
Be warned guys...
