Phil Crouch, who is currently in Marlow, I don't have his number to hand at the moment.

Your best bet is Gary @ Autobahn Services in Rickmansworth. Knows the older stuff beautifully and was working on a M535i on Friday and 2 E34 M5's.

Hi rathur. Looking for a good Bimmer specialist in London. Give Gary a ring at Autobahn Services. Not exactly London but Hertfordshire Rickmansworth. Hopefully not to far.01923 718907. He has been looking after my Bimmers for a long time and he is very good.

My car is with Phil at the moment, but usually use Gary. I would be pushed to choose one over the other and they often refer work to each other anyway having been 'partners' many years ago.

I am sure Gary will do whatever is needed to get your car sorted. An old school mechanic and thorough.

B-Trim did an amazing job using original Champagne Nappa leather and the stitching is outstanding. £700 plus VAT for both front seats and headrests is not too bad a price for the next ten years of comfort.

Now its time to spend money on the underbody, wings and exposed areas....roll on October when the car goes into hibernation.
