Paying more than £650 inc VAT from a main dealer would be a total rip-off and there are many dealerships who pushed will match this price, even those around the M25.

The above price includes labour, parts, oil and VAT.
Mine's due soon and I would be over the moon with that at a dealer - my Inspection1 was nearly £900!

Vines out towards Guildford are doing deals at the moment so drop them a line and haggle.

I've had quotes of up to £2.5k from main dealers!!!

Fortunately for me the best one I could find is my local. £875 incl. VAT from Cooper Reading. Booked in for early Nov.

Cheers

At £650.00? I'll give them a go but hope they're better than the Redhill branch.

Just to add to this, I spoke to Cotswold BMW briefly today and the price for an Inspection 2 on my Z3M is £750 inc VAT. Add to that the price of a tank of petrol and a return train ticket (driving from London and the car stays in overnight)and it rises to £820 I reckon.

If anyone have a main dealer who can do it for less, please post here.

I don't trust main dealers any more.

I travel all the way down from Liverpool to Essex (460 mile round trip or £80 petrol) to take my M5 and Z4MC to Darren Farrell of Darjac Racing (near Colchester) 01787 223644

It's a one man business and he needs some notice to fit cars in, but you can't beat his attention to detail and the running commentary from his regular update phone calls. He uses BMW parts bought from the dealer unless you specifically tell him not to, and that means he gives the same warranty on the parts as a BMW dealer would.

I was quoted an Oil Service @ £125, Inspection 1 @ £250, Inspection 2 @ £400. I get the shims on the M5 done every 24,000 miles and that costs another £150 or so, plus an overnight stay to let the car go cold.

I used to Be Master Tech at Cotswold, they are one of the better Dealers...I highly recommend Cots Gloucester if going main dealer.

Ive since left to go it alone
