E;28 / E;34...3.6 SHORT ENGINE REBUILD HELP

WELL HERE I HAVE A 1986 E28 M535i ... Thats got the e 34 3.6 m/power running gear however i had to have some work done on the head after a overheating prob, and left it in the hands of a garage to rebuild the bottom end ,put the head on and get it running .... the garage went bust and its taken me 18 months to get it back ........ without the cash up front that i put up ..... now im looking for someone to point me in the right direction ... im based in south devon ... i can remove the engine for a rebuild so the car will not have to go with it untill needed if space is an issue ... think im looking for a priveteer rather then a garage ....had enough of big talking bullsters who think this is an a pice of cake ........ anyone help ?
