these are the dogs but expensive but with the weight of the e92 the six pots from brembo etc etc are good enough and a must.As said above dont skimp on brakes.
Very nice. Are they proper 6 pot Brembo Gran Turismo's. Definitely not the puny BMW performance range jobbies

Aah, I forgot about the 8 pot Brembo's. I don't think they make them any more do they?

Front CP5555M1046R2 GB, Rear CP6602-1001R2 GB AP Racing brakes for E92 M3 Front and rear in red, never been out of the box ( sold my car the week they arrived don't ask ) if anyone is interested please contact me, huge saving in price and manufacture time of 8 weeks at AP.

Please only contact me if you are really looking for a big brake upgrade and not just wanting to know how much I'm selling them for.

I'm sure I'll get into trouble for posting this here, sorry mods

I think you have got the 1 and the 4 the wrong way around. Seriously, over four thousand pounds for a second hand set without guarantee for a 6 pot and 4 pot setup WITHOUT the 8 pot upgrade and boggo DS2500 instead of Pagid Pads? At that price I'd expect them fitted and bled with castrol SRF! You really paid over five grand for a big brake setup, parts only!?!?!? Must have saw you coming.

Are you serious? I would be all over these at £4k if I were in the Market for a set

It just needs someone to do the leg work on brackets to fit Porsche brembo calipers for the E92 M3.

There are lots of E46/Z4M owners out there with running this setup.

What would be the best way to improve the ducting? Cut a hole in the arch lining?
Is the E92 anything like the E46, where the brake duct in the front bumper flows through to a plug in the inner wheel arch that can simple be pulled out by hand?

I can only assume that the E46 has these plugs in place to keep crap out from under the wheel arches, however it seems a bit odd to go to the expense of engineering ducts and then blanking them off. One of the blanking plugs actually has some small vents cut into it to compound the mystery.

What brakes have you got? Are the 8 pots in the photo yours? I thought they were no longer being made for the M3?

I assume those calipers are from another model with a few custom made pieces to fit.

The genuine 380mm Brembo Gran Turismo brakes are £6.7k and only available in 6 pot Fronts and 4 Pot rears.
