But it won't be a CSL. It will just be a tuned M3.

how could you enjoy owning it. Use it and it will become a regular(ish)mileage csl , don't and its an expensive ornament.

Buy one for less than half that use it as it was meant to be used and loose nothing.

I heard a fairly 'loud rumour' that a rather rich guy turned up and bought it, along with a 993 GT2 that was also for sale, sold within a week apparently.

dude is keeping it under a cover, outside, on the street, but wheels and ducktail visible.

it's mean, makes me miss mine.

I'm not sure I could sleep at night if that were mine. I'm thinking its a little sacrilegious to keep one outside all year!

Mine lived out on the road for a good 3 or 4 years in London. Cost me front and rear bumper repairs (luckily not replacements) and associated resprays.

Given rising values, falling availability of parts and reduced use, it now lives in a garage in Dorset on a trickle charger. Sadly means it gets less use, but I don't worry about it or parts of it disappearing or being damaged.

If car is mint then roughly 32k. You won't get a goodun with less than 60k for under 30 grand tho. Good luck in your search

Modest price increase in comparison to the air cooled beetles & the fancy turbo charged Fiats.
