I recently listened to John Thorne at the BMW Festival giving a seminar on remaps where he said that anybody telling you that you will get more than 10bhp from a remap of naturally aspirated engine is lying. I then read his ad in total BMW claiming 30bhp from a £650 remap on an E46 M3? Draw your own conclusions from that.
