Scorpion Exhaust for MK3.

Driving home this afternoon my standard exhaust let go, 1 minute it was fine the next boom it sounded like a tractor. Got it home looked underneath and saw the problem, the centre pipe had split around the weld of the secondary cat.
After much thought i have ordered a cat back Scorpion system. This system deletes the secondary cat. The system looks good and being Scorpion im assuming it will be well made and easy to fit.
My only concern is with the secondary de-cat will i have problems at mot time?
Do any members have one of these systems fitted to there cars? If so what are they like? can i expect a slight increase in power when coupled with a pipercross panel filter?
Would be nice to hear your thoughts.

Hopefully my exhaust will be with me and fitted sometime next week so the 5 will be mobile again
In the meantime i have removed the old system and my virtually new IL Motorsport back box.
If anyone is interested in the IL back box pm me. It's been on my car about 6 weeks and covered about 1000 miles, excellent condition.

Bit cheesed off at present, exhaust still not arrived. Ordered on the 1st Sept when my original broke, car been out of action since. Emailed Scorpion twice now but have received no response. Car is booked in for it's mot on the 25th so really hoping it arrives soon.
Has anyone had any dealings with Scorpion? How long should the exhaust take to arrive? I am assuming they are made to order but even so it has now been 16 days.
