Stick on number plates.

So would it be a bit cheeky of me to use proper film and letters, stick it to the base coat and lacquer over it? Can hardly be defined as temporary if it's under the paint!!

they'd still get you if they wanted as you aren't a registered numberplate maker and you can;t prove compliance with the BS standard .

as has beensuggested it'd take a particualrlty bad day for a correctly spaced correct font stick on plate to be thesole cause of pulling you over ...
