This may be repeated with what people have already posted.

Bought a Mk1 Mx-5 in Aug, runs spot on except for leaks.

First I was getting steamed up windows inside. Cleared the drain holes and it was fine except for the bit of water that gets down the passenger door (dont mind this).

Today is first day ive scraped the ice off the windows. Inside the car both seats are wet and the entire soft top roof inside is iced over. Don't know how its gone from a few drips to this?

Any suggestions? Going to take the seals off at the weekend and have a go at sealing/cleaning them properly, are they easy to get off?

The ice on the inside of the roof is probably condensation that has formed there and frozen.
If you lift the carpets you will probably find a lot of water underneath, which is what is causing the condensation.
The carpets have a 'plasticky' feel to the underside which stops the water coming through which is why they probably don't feel damp to the touch.
If that is the case, the 2 possible causes are blocked gutters which exit within the rear wheel arch and cause water to back up and overflow into the car or a broken gutter rail which runs around the inside of the car under the edge of the soft top.

Checked all drainage holes again and cleaned them, a bit of water resting on top but nothing major. Cant seem to find the gutter hole in the rear wheel arch?

They are hard to find and explain.
There is a rubber tube which exits the rear wheel arch just in front of the rear wheel that has a little flap on it to stop the tube blocking with crap. Unfortunately the crap blocks the flap and stops it opening anyway!
If you have the original aerial with the steel ball ontop, it is the ideal tool for clearing the tube.
Access for the tube is from ontop of the rear shelf directly behind the seats. If you feel around where the roof hinges behind the seat you should be able to feel a plastic well, in which is located the small drain hole (if the drain tube is blocked this will have water in it which will overflow into the car). You need to open the roof and half fold it back to gain the correct angle for access to get the aerial down the tube to clear it. Don't push to hard though, as I believe the tube could come free if forced.

The other problem is the gutter rail fracturing which runs around the inside of the rear window.
If you unclip the carpet from under the window you may see trickles of water coming down inside the car which then runs down the rear shelf, behind the seats and into the footwell. The best way to check is to get somebody to spray a hose against the bottom of the hood and see if the water comes in.

Unfortunately if you have got that much condensation on the roof, you will also have a lot of water already in the car, so clearing the drain holes alone will not cure this.

I would defiantly lift the carpets to check.
